Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which we do business for goods ordered through our website. They do not affect your statutory rights and are designed to set out our responsibilities and your rights.
 

Terms and Conditions of Sale, Returns & Cancellations information
[1] These are the only terms and conditions upon which we agree to contract with you and no alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing.


[2] A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we ship your order. Your order will not be accepted until we receive payment from your credit card or your cheque has been cleared.

[3] The total price of the ordered goods shall be as set out in the on-line order form and includes postage, packing and value added tax (if applicable). Payments may be made in pounds Sterling only.


[4] The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order form. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 1 to 5 working days of your order being accepted depending on your chosen delivery method, unless otherwise notified to you by us. However, time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. If we fail to despatch any ordered goods within 30 days of accepting your order (or, in the case of special orders, any longer period which we may have notified to you), we shall refund in full your payment in respect of such goods. Ordered goods may also be made available for collection at our premises if we agree this with you.


[5] If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you in confirmation. We will refund the cost of goods without shipping or if the goods are still required, will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.


 [6) If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and to refund in full any payment you have made for them. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be despatched in the normal way.

(7]  Our returns policy is as follows.
All unworn and merchandise purchased from Infinity Jewellers website may be returned for a refund within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.  As such we request these items to be returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging.


Instructions for returning merchandise: Before sending parcels back to us please phone us for a Returns Authorization Number which you can get by contacting the Infinity Jewellers customer service: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm GMT on: xxxxxxxxx  or  e-mail us krish@infinity-jewellers.co.uk and we will contact you to make arrangements for the return. You will need to confirm your name, order number, and postcode so please have these available if you phone. When returning the merchandise please include the Returns Authorization Number as failure to do so will result in a delay of any refund.  
Liability: We shall be under no liability in respect to any defect arising from;  wear and tear, negligence 


Disputed Items: Any returned merchandise that we receive which is outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'Disputed'. Such dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such dispute items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.


Late Delivery: If the merchandise arrives too late for your event, refuse delivery for the merchandise and it will be returned to us. Alternatively you can return them as outlined above. If Infinity Jewellers or our couriers are at fault we will refund all cost of merchandise and P&P. A reason why we may not be at fault is that you have selected to use an incorrect postage option, or you were absent during delivery, in such a case the cost of returning to sender will be charged at the cost of postage paid, plus an additionl £2 charge for picking and packing cost. This amount will be deducted from any refunds.
 

[8] We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from  wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence,  failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

[9] Order Cancellations

 If the product has not been shipped, simply telephone us in the first instance and then send a confirmation email. We will cancel the order (or part thereof) with no charge to you with all moneys being refunded in full. If however the goods have left the warehouse, then you may still cancel the order up to 7 calendar days from receipt of goods. So long as they are returned (at your own cost) and we are informed within 7 days, we will happily refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping. [10] If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and to refund in full any payment you have made for them. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be despatched in the normal way.


[11] Unless otherwise notified to you by us, our returns policy is as follows.
All unworn  merchandise purchased from Infinity Jewellers website may be returned for a refund within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.  As such we request these items to be returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging.
 

We will not refund: Items that have been worn.  Additionally for hygienic reasons We will not take earrings back.
